Artistic director/director Ingmars embarked on his theatrical journey during his studies, laying the foundation for a rich tapestry of creative endeavors. A trailblazer, he has not only founded and steered numerous youth studios and independent theatres in Latvia but has also garnered accolades and top ratings for his performances, both at home and on international stages. Over decades, he's been a discerning member of juries at various theatre festivals, seamlessly intertwining his four postgraduate degrees into his daily artistic pursuits. While life's twists led him through journalism, public relations, politics, law, and business, Ingmars steadfastly clings to the conviction forged in his student years - "The most interesting thing in life is theatre!" Graphic designer/artist/ scenographer Santa, armed with a graphic design degree, navigates the realms of theatrics, infusing life into stage designs and costumes. From the Irish Latvian theatre "Sliedes" to the London Theatre "Trepes," she weaves a visual narrative that earned her accolades at the PLATS Solis Festival. Santa's journey as a graphic designer began with her bachelor's degree from the Latvian Academy of Arts. Throughout her life in both Latvia and Ireland, with occasional forays into pedagogy, she honed her skills, crafting visually stunning designs. While her enjoyment of theatre has always been as a spectator, the unforeseen circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic strangely transformed it into a serious vocation. As one of the founders of the Irish Latvian theatre "Sliedes" in 2021, Santa's artistic prowess expanded beyond graphic design. Invited by Ingmars Čaklais, she became a key figure in several Latvian theatres in the United Kingdom, contributing as a set and costume designer. Her creative fingerprints adorn all "Sliedes" performances, as well as Hermanis Paukšs' play "Čir, čir!" at the Birmingham Little Theatre. In 2023, Santa's exceptional talent was recognized at the PLATS Solis Festival, where she received an award as the best set designer (in collaboration with I. Čaklais) for the London theatre "Trepes" production of "The Attack of the Jackals." Her visionary set designs and costumes played an integral role in bringing the theatrical world to life, showcasing Santa's unparalleled ability to transform imagination into captivating visual art.

Lighting technician ​ Kristaps, brimming with enthusiasm and inspiration, seamlessly maneuvers through various fields, ever eager to progress and refine his skills. His journey, starting from an early age, has shaped him into a knowledgeable and skillful communicator adept at solving challenges. Full of enthusiasm, Kristaps is a hardworking and inspirational individual who continuously strives for progress and is ready to enhance his skills in any field. His early foray into accumulating work experience has instilled a deep sense of confidence in his knowledge and abilities. Kristaps excels in communication, fostering effective collaboration with others and adeptly navigating through problematic situations. His diverse professional experiences, spanning various levels and areas, have endowed Kristaps with extensive knowledge that he employs with professionalism and efficiency. Whether faced with intricate challenges or collaborative endeavors, Kristaps's dynamic approach and adept problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset in the pursuit of excellence.

Producer Holding a Master's Degree in Law from Latvia, Dace has transitioned into the business landscape in the UK. Alongside this professional journey, she stands as one of the founding pillars of the Latvian Cultural Centre in Birmingham and assumes the role of director at the Birmingham Little Theatre. While Dace may lack a formal background in theatre, her extensive involvement in various theatre groups since childhood serves as the wellspring for her creative pursuits. At the London Theatre “Trepes,” Dace seamlessly draws upon her wealth of experience accumulated over the years. Her innate ability to infuse creativity into the stage is a testament to her dedication and love for the art, showcasing that passion and commitment can often transcend traditional educational boundaries.
